Method xPredIntraOpt_SIMD (JVET_AH0209_PDP) leads to valgrind errors

The use of method xPredIntraOpt_SIMD leads to "Conditional jump or move depends on uninitialised value(s)" valgrind errors.

These errors do not appear when using the scalar method xPredIntraOpt instead of xPredIntraOpt_SIMD.

Can the proponent of JVET-AH0209 have a look at it ?
