Fix the absInvAngle shift number of TIMD modes

Liao Ru Ling requested to merge rlliao/ECM:TIMD-BUG-FIX into master

The precision of absInvAngle of TIMD extended intra modes is the same as that of regular intra modes, so the shift number should also be the same. With this modification, the Y component on ECM2 can obtain BD-rate changes of {-0.09% AI, -0.05% RA, -0.05% LDB}.
