JVET-AC0335: Content adaptive OBMC enabling
JVET-AC0335 was adopted in the AC meeting. Following the meeting notes, the method has been tested for camera-captured content and there is no impact observed for camera-captured content (identical to the anchor). According to the meeting decision, the merge request is created for JVET-AC0335, and it is possible to be disabled by macro.
