Fix a bug of tracing blocks stats on decoder

Gleb Verba requested to merge gverba/ECM:FIX_DTRACE_BLOCK_GEO into master

The issue took place when dumping blocks stats for RA resulting in decoding mismatches. CU data was overwritten while saving block stat data.
