OBIC mode incorrectly uses timdMode instead of timdModeSad when a neighbor CU is coded in timd-sad mode.

It is not needed, but from OBIC perspective, including TIMDSAD modes make sense. We tested it earlier and there was no impact so we did not include it, but it is also fine to include it for consistency.
