Support for tool-off test control of LFNST extension and NSPT

  • The two following cfg options are added: LFNSTExt and NSPT.
  • Default cfg: LFNSTExt(1), NSPT(1)
  • LFNST extension off: LFNSTExt(0), NSPT(1)
  • NSPT off: LFNSTExt(1), NSPT(0)
  • LFNST extension off + NSPT off: LFNSTExt(0), NSPT(0)
