Add capability to read auxiliary information, add gaming config files

The new optional encoder configuration parameters "CameraParamFile" and "ExrDMVFile" are added to provide the name of the Camera Parameters file and EXR file. Access to camera parameters is disabled when 'CameraParamFile' is not provided. Access to auxiliary video data is disbaled when 'ExrDMVFile' is not provided.
