Fix #104: Update custom conversion script to match sadl v10

This MR solves #104 (closed) The adaptive loop filter model is reconstructed at the decoder end using as input the base filter and the NNR/NNC bitstream via a custom converter script.

The custom script has been updated to include changes in sadl v10.

The fix also requires sadl@565e3a7b
