This includes the inference code and training scripts for JVET-AC0177. Two macros are added: JVET_AC0177_MULTI_FRAME and JVET_AC0177_FLIP_INPUT. The first macro enables feeding temporal inputs while the second macro allows to flip the input and output of NN model. There is a SPS flag to control on/off of the tool. By default, it is turned off.
