Update the documentation of the neural network-based intra prediction and a training script.

Thierry Dumas requested to merge (removed):test_update_documentation_nn_based_intra into VTM-11.0_nnvc

The merge request !37 (merged) modified the default arguments and the default values of the macros for the neural network-based intra prediction in VTM-11-NNVC. This merge request aims at adapting the documentation and a training script to these modifications.
