With the changes introduced in this MR, the CTC PSNRs for JVET_AB0149_INTRA_PRED at 0 and the CTC PSNRs for JVET_AB0149_INTRA_PRED at 1 and --NnIntraPred = 0 exactly identical in AI and RA.
