Scripts data extraction stage1

Franck Galpin requested to merge Franck/nnvc-franck:scripts_data_extraction_stage1 into data_extraction

adapt div2k data extraction scripts:

  • generalize config.json to take into account train/valid dataset
  • add info on size and bitdepth in the dataset.json output
  • generalize the dataset tgt to take into account augmented data example is given in the readme.md
