- trailing white space has been removed
 - line endings have been converted
   git will convert them back to CRLF if required (eg win32)
   svn will convert them back to native (CRLF on win32)
 - converted EUC-KR comments to UTF-8
 - removed visual studio files that shouldn't be version controlled:
     *.{opt,clw,ncb,aps,mak,dep,plg,suo}
