WIP: #818 Extend border of picture correctly

Loop to extend border of picture (on ymargin) was incorrect, writing one line too far.

In more, margin was not covering a whole line of picture. It resulted in uninitialized memory read later, for instance in a filter. Margin is increased to make sure we cover the whole stride.
