RPR has been broken since version 12.2 when GDR was introduced. After fix RPR can run again. Also a fix related to RPR for the case of UpscaledOutput=0 and 1080p resolution where the reconstructed picture had wrong size due to use of wrong conformance window. The decoded picture size was correct. After fix decoder and encoder picture sizes are matching.
