add MS-SSIM2 for multilayer with reference layer (scalable)

Fabrice URBAN requested to merge (removed):MS-SSIM2_for_multilayer into master

use "printMSSSIM" condition to calculate and print MS-SSIM2 metric (added for RPR use case also) use same print precision for MS-SSIM2 as for MS-SSIM (%1.6lf) (instead of a copy-past of PSNR print line)
