HDR-CTC: Enable HDR metric calcuation for Class H1

Will it be possible to use this configuration file still, if VTM is not compiled with HDRTools included?

Thanks for seeing that. I've updated the patch to include support for reading the HDRTools parameters whether the VTM has been compiled with the HDRTool support or not.

If the configuration file enables the metric calculation, but VTM wasn't compiled with HDRTool support, then the encoder will print out a warning (but not exit).

I also removed a redundancy in the ShowGirl config that enabled the HDR metric calculation, even though it would/should already be enabled from the ClassH1 config.
